We had a wonderful Walking Tour with Kathy. This was my second tour with her. My sisters and I had taken the golf cart tour with Kathy in October 2023 and loved it. Kathy certainly knows her Beaufort history and makes it come alive. It’s obvious she continues to research learn about the history she covers. If you go to Beaufort, treat yourself to a tour with Kathy and Beaufort Tours.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our tour through historic Beaufort with Kathy. She was very knowledgeable about the city, from Revolutionary War facts to present day pop culture. Her New York accent may throw you for a loop, but she loves and knows the city like she grew up here. Even with our 1 year old in tow in her stroller, the walk was pleasant and covered in shade for most of the tour. Much of historic Beaufort is hidden in the streets and homes, but you’re guide will let you in on its secrets. You’ll certainly leave filled with an appreciation for this town.

Kathy was our guide! Outstanding wealth of knowledge, but what really stood out, was her delivery of all the information she did it in such a way that engaged all of us. It was like going back in time with some good friends and taking a walk my husband and I could not have been more satisfied! We feel fortunate to have had Kathy as our guide.
