We had a wonderful and informative walking tour in the Historic Area of Beaufort. I would highly recommend walking to get the real feel of the area. So much history and fun facts to learn about Beaufort.

The tour was fantastic and Bill the guide very knowledgeable and friendly! My son sat up front with him and he let him help guide! I had no idea Beaufort had such a rich history! The only reason I did not give 5 stars is figuring out where the tour was leaving from was a little difficult. I think some signage would be helpful.

This was a great tour with Bill! It was fun, engaging and we learned a lot. We were the only two on this tour and felt we got all of our questions answered and learned some legendary information about Beaufort. Bill seemed to know everyone in town and had knowledge of the history as well as the movies shot in the area. If you go, make sure to buy the book about Robert Smalls - great historical fiction that provides real insight.
