Terrible!! Purchasing my tickets through Viator was extremely stressful!
I highly recommend to purchase your tickets at The Edge . I bought 3 tickets for my Girlfriends birthday a few months back and unfortunately encounter unexpected Thunder storm. We had dinner at Milos on the 5th floor ( amazing restaurant btw) which is also located in Hudson Yards. Once making the line at The Edge a thunder storm hit. The edge employes advise us to get a date change with the company we purchased it from "no problem". It took me MONTHS to have someone from Viator help me. At first they claimed that The Edge didn't give them permission to change the date- So, I reached out to The edge Representative myself, had them reach out to Viator to confirm that the date change was granted. After all, I received an email from Viator informing me that according to their policy " they cannot change the date on my ticket". If you look under cancellation policy, you'll see It says
"This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund."
THAT IS A COMPLETE lIE!!!! moral of the story they stole my money and time. They didn't help me at all. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else cause it sucks..
