Visited today after booking this morning with an arrival time of 1.30pm, arrived on time, to go up to floor 4, have tickets checked and queue, then queue again to enter the experience and then queue for the lifts, this took about an hour, and was extremely warm! Once at the experience you are free to go out onto the edge. And admire the views, was a clear day for us so we could see all of NYC! With 2 queue for the corner/points of the edge for a photo op. Our booking stated we had a free digital print, we didn’t! They take your pic upon arrival and it is AI generated as if you were on the edge, and charge you $30 for a pic you could take yourself! Despite the queuing was worth it for the views.

Really well managed, short queues and polite welcoming staff. Fantastic views and brilliant experience to be on the outside platform with spectacular views. Really enjoyed the whole experience, would high recommend!

Too long of a wait for the price of the experience. If you like to wait in a long lines and have a crowded roof top then this is for you.
