You have tickets for a specific time and spend over $200 for them, and you have to stand in line for over an hour past your ticket

Totally disorganized , too few staff don’t like being treated like cattle ! I don’t need any favors very unfriendly environment in general !! Stay Away !! Can’t compare to any buildings in Dubai sad !!

It’s a really pretty view after you get there after waiting for like 2 hours in a huge line in which the employees scream at you to get in or leave if it’s not your “time”. There is literally no point in reserving because they make you wait like half an hour anyways. All employees were super rude and would get annoyed once you ask them a simple question. Personally i would never come back here. If you have the opportunity to go somewhere else, please do.
