I booked the premium experience and was delighted to arrive and realise it would just be me taken around with a guide. The guide I was given was Renita the VIP ambassador. Renita went above and beyond to ensure I got the most out of the tour. She was kind, assisted with getting all the great pictures and took me to the 80th, 86th and 102nd floor. I never had to wait in any lines and went into some backstage areas. Unfortunately, the weather on the day was very cloudy. Renita really took care of me by offering an express pass the following day which was supposed to be sunny. When I arrived the next day Renita happened to be out the front and greeted me with the biggest hug and again, put me at the front of the line and ushered me in, and asked other staff to take care of me (which they all did). I got to see all the spectacular views again but with 100% visibility. Renita went above and beyond for me over the 2 days and I can’t recommend this tour and her enough. This woman deserves a pay rise! 10/10 experience!
