Got there early 830 am ,as we never pre booked .a lady staff member ,was very friendly told us about the place were to buy the tickets .the boat tour was great our tour man was great fun ( michy)I think his name was .we saw gaiters ,as he knew were to find them very informative .short show at end you see more captive gaiters .then two free photos ! One holding a baby gaiter .I did feel a little sorry for the baby gaiter with its mouth taped up .I guess its not for long .its a half day thing to do and I very much enjoyed it .

Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area. I saw few alligators in the wild (one really up close next to the boat!) and lots of different birds. Views are also okay from the boat. Alligator show after the boat trip was pretty fun and cool and doesn't harm alligators in any way. Special thanks to the photo booth team! We were just leaving but I still wanted to buy a fridge magnet from the souvenier shop. It was closed already so I asked a woman who was leaving the photo booth to go home so that was closed as well. But she took the time to go back to open the booth and make me and my friend a custom fridge magnet with a picture of us which they took earlier and even give few small pictures with us for free. Really unexpected gift from the wonderful lady there! Only negative thing was that the sound quality during the boat trip in the speakers inside the boat is so bad that nobody in the boat (not even americans) understood anything from the things that the driver tried to explain about the area.
