Worse treatment, disorganized operation... gator boys are not nice like they are on TV. From being blocked in by another car in their parking lot (standard parking space). To long disorganized lines to purchasing a tickets, to the actual gator show... this was one bad experience after the next. Gator boys are nice on TV, but rude in person. Airboat captain was very nice. Everything else was a disaster. I don't suggest going here solo. Go in a group, perhaps they will be nicer?

This was an awesome experience with Captain Dylan. We got way up close to a bunch of alligators and even saw an iguana! The alligator show was amazing and you even get a free pic with a baby alligator! Really worth it! 5 stars!

It was great but I would have liked the boat to get further into the everglades... More riding on the boat...
