Impeccable support and on time. Transfer to the everglades with Christian, a friendly guide and very interesting in the explanations concerning the park, the animals and the differences between alligators, crocodiles etc...

We booked 2 trips with Hagen :) The Everglades and Key West, everything was very well organized, punctual, nice, funny and friendly, as if we had known each other for a long time. Small bus, not mass tourism. Unfortunately we didn't see any alligators (but that's not the guide's decision :), but the animals themselves) but we still enjoyed the day. The trip to Key West was very funny, Hagen always had the right sayings ready, explained everything really well and played the right music. Simply great. He knows a lot about the history of Florida (Miami, Key West) and we learned a lot too. My 14-year-old daughter thought it was great. I'm looking forward to traveling to Miami again and being able to do the trips with BananaJoe Tours.
