We've just come back from the Everglades tour with Hagen. It was simply great. Hagen is a great guide who knows how to win you over with his charm and the odd good saying. When we got to the park, we saw alligators in the wild and then got to see a little show with the Gator Boys. All in all, it was a great time and we'd go back anytime. Hagen is the best man. :-)

We booked the tour in German so that the kids could understand something and because of the good reviews. When we arrived in Florida, we had a request beforehand; neither our WhatsApp nor our phone call was answered. The driver who picked us up was friendly and spoke German. He then drove us to an operator of these airboat tours, where we had to wait in the heat because they needed enough people for the boat. Then on the boat, only English, the guide didn't come with us. It was a shame we had to look for and book German and then this. After the boat tour, which was OK, we went to the alligator tourist park. Terrible! If you like animals, don't go there. Alligators in tiny enclosures, unloving and for the photo the poor baby alligator with its mouth taped shut. If we had driven there ourselves, it would have been much cheaper. We actually wanted to travel there ourselves, but as I said, we didn't get a response. Never again and I don't recommend this tour to anyone. Based on all the older feedback, the company doesn't seem to care either.

Wir können nachvollziehen, wenn du dich wunderst, warum das Boot nicht noch 10 Minuten auf andere Gäste warten kann. Bitte bedenke jedoch, dass der Preis, den du gezahlt hast, eine preisgünstige Option darstellt. In dieser Hinsicht ist es wichtig, Geduld und Verständnis zu zeigen. Ein anderes Verhalten könnte den Eindruck erwecken, der nicht mit unserer Gastfreundlichkeit in Einklang steht. Unsere deutschen Touren erhielten bisher sehr positive Rückmeldungen, und wir sind stolz darauf, hochwertige Erlebnisse zu bieten. Wenn dies nicht deinen Erwartungen entspricht, bieten wir auch eine VIP-Deutsch-Tour an, bei der du während des gesamten Erlebnisses von einem persönlichen Guide begleitet wirst, und es sind keine anderen Teilnehmer auf dem Boot. Bitte beachte jedoch, dass dieser Service zusätzliche Kosten verursacht, da wir unseren Betrieb aufrechterhalten müssen. Falls du lieber unabhängig reisen möchtest, respektieren wir deine Wahl. We can only recommend this tour. We were picked up on time and on the car tour to the Everglades our tour guide gave us lots of interesting information about the city of Miami, the Everglades and the local flora and fauna. Really exciting and entertaining, and also very easy to understand via the car microphone! When we arrived we were not simply dropped off, but were well looked after at the various stations so that there was hardly any waiting time. In addition to the boat trip, during which we were able to see several alligators in the wild, there was also a small show with the animals and a photo opportunity. On the way back there was more information and the opportunity to ask any questions that were still on your mind. Great! Oh, and we had children with us and they also thought the tour was great.
