It was convinient and fast compared to chicago pass. Everything was smooth. Even a lot of people are at the museum everything was organized

We purchased all access tickets but when we got to the museum the staff for exhibit kept telling us they were only basic after scanning the QR code provided.

We bought tickets for a Saturday and the museum was unexpectedly closed. They are refusing to refund us the tickets so we wasted $60.
