BEWARE. When you make a reservation 2 months ahead of time, 7,5,3,2 days ahead of time requesting start time and more information, they don’t respond something is wrong. I had NO start time so went in to cancel and it said cancel no refund. Called viator at 8:05 the day before, they called the tour operator and he said he was planning to call sometime after 9. Well I had plans for most of the day. I requested the phone #. I called the tour operator 8:25, requested what this entailed, pick up etc. as I wanted to be picked up at the hotel which was not downtown he proceeded to tell me I would spend over 1/2 my time in traffic but he could talk about the places that we most likely would not see. I said I’m not interested and said I want to cancel. He proceeded to tell me he then would make sure we saw everything. I then asked why this could not have had a start time given some time ago and why he didn’t respond to any of my messages? His answer “he was too busy”. At that time I became very upset and demanded my $$back. He said he would pick me up anytime I wanted. I was not interested as he didn’t consider my time and answer my requests. I wanted no part of someone That’s inconsiderate. I hung up and called viator. After 2 phone calls on my part, which consisted of over an hour of my time, 3 replies to viator email. Viator refunded my money as the tour director GEORGE would not. Kudos to Viator.
