We are the pioneers of NYC food tours since 1999!

Our tour will not only leave you full with EIGHT TASTINGS (not samples like on other Chelsea Market tours), but will include under-the-radar historical tales of Chelsea Market, like how it used to be a factory for Nabisco and the origin of the Oreo cookie. In addition to the trendy and bustling spots on the main floor, we will also visit Chelsea Local downstairs, where locals actually shop for their food.

8 tastings are included with this tour with two opportunities to sit down. All tastings are done inside Chelsea Market. We will make sure you leave full and satisfied with a buttermilk biscuit, homemade Italian crostata, NYC #1 hot dog, Pizza, Gelato and much much more!

Once outside, walk on the High Line, NYC’s elevated public park. You’ll hear compelling tales of the rail line that once served the West Side’s factories and butchers. You’ll wander through the Meatpacking District and find out how this area went from not to hot!

The tour was beyond fun and extremely informative. We learned things about Chelsea Market and NYC that we as life long NYers never knew. Joe was an incredible guide who kept everyone involved with fun facts about every aspect of the tour. He even went above and beyond and taught us about items outside of the market and was perfect representation of everything great about New York City. I’d recommend this tour to anyone: families, couples, tourists, really anyone who likes good food and a good time. Really excited for what Joe has coming in the future and can’t wait to be a part of it!

My friends and I booked the Chelsea Market food tour as an experience we did for my bachelorette party weekend. Joe was very fun and had a lot of knowledge of the market and NY in general. We loved the tastings and the highland walk. He even recommended a great wine bar for us to go to in the theater district that ended up being AMAZING. 11/10 Great tour, great host.

We attended the Cheslea Market/Highline tour. Our guide was Jackie and she is fantastic! So informative and enthusiastic. We learned to much about the market, history of the area. She gave us some great recommnedations fro things to do, places to eat. This is our second tour with the company, highly recommend.
