We are the pioneers of NYC food tours since 1999!

Our tour will not only leave you full with EIGHT TASTINGS (not samples like on other Chelsea Market tours), but will include under-the-radar historical tales of Chelsea Market, like how it used to be a factory for Nabisco and the origin of the Oreo cookie. In addition to the trendy and bustling spots on the main floor, we will also visit Chelsea Local downstairs, where locals actually shop for their food.

8 tastings are included with this tour with two opportunities to sit down. All tastings are done inside Chelsea Market. We will make sure you leave full and satisfied with a buttermilk biscuit, homemade Italian crostata, NYC #1 hot dog, Pizza, Gelato and much much more!

Once outside, walk on the High Line, NYC’s elevated public park. You’ll hear compelling tales of the rail line that once served the West Side’s factories and butchers. You’ll wander through the Meatpacking District and find out how this area went from not to hot!

Join us as we reveal the secrets and uniqueness of one of the greatest indoor food markets. Discover why the OREO COOKIE was invented in this building in 1912. Enjoy artisanal foods including; an artisanal NY hot dog from Dickson’s, Sicilian Pizza from Filaga, NY State Cheeses from Saxelby’s, a delicious Italian Crostata from Buon Italia, a Japanese inspired Taco from Takumi Taco, Buttermilk Biscuit and Homemade Jam from Sarabeth’s, Gelato from L’arte Del Gelato, and always something special from Chelsea Market Baskets. The High Line Park

You'll take a guided walk on the HIGH LINE for three blocks, NYC’s elevated outdoor park. You’ll love hearing tales of the High Line trains that once served the butchers below the tracks and local industries, local building architecture and it's fashion scene, the Titanic and see the newly built Little Island.

Awesome food tour of Chelsea Market and the meat packing district. Our tour guide Joe was fantastic, very engaging and informative. So many great tastings, loved the hot dog and pizza !! Definitely a must do tour when in New York and ask for Joe, he was great !

My family and I took the Chelsea Market food tour with Robin, and the tour and Robin were fantastic! We learned so much about the fascinating history of the area, had wonderful tastings from several varied and unique, and has fun while doing it. Highly recommended!

Chelsea Market and High Line Tour superb largely due to Joe our guide and the excellent/ generous tastings coupled with his knowledge and passion for NYC history specifically market and environs. Such a pleasurable experience and this comes from a New Orleans tour guide who is so glad my friend chose your company . Will book with them again next time to explore another neighborhood.
