Don't rely on the representative! Unknowledgeable and Unprofessional! I called in to inquire about San Diego Zoo and Safari Park that I want to visit on two different days. I got recommended to get a 2-choice Explorer pass. After payment, I found out I could only go either one with the pass. I called back immediately. Another representative told me as long as I don't visit the Zoo And Park on the same day, that is fine. I was told I could visit on a different day. But the ticket printed "San Diego Zoo OR the Safari Park'. So, I called back again. This time I spent over hours on the phone, got to talk to the supervisor. I was confirmed that I was right. I can not go to both attractions. And, they told me the booking can not be cancelled. What a Joke! The whole process is so frustrating. Wasting my time, told me they gonna investigate it. I have to wait without time notification. so disappointed about the service. Unbelievable. The customer service is useless. In stead of helping me, causing me more problems and stress!!
