My son being on a wheel chair ( without motor all arms power) did not mind the work out he had that day viewing the Grand Canyon from different parks. The train have a manual lift that will get you into the train with ease. My 1st time booking a ride for the train. The ride was for 4 adults and 2 children. Anyways when we got there the seats were normal size, but there was wider seats in the front of the coach that fit the need for my son (being handicap was hard for him to be able to get in and out of the coach). Make long story short our PSA and the man guiding us to our seats were very kind enough to let my son seat in front of the coach. After everyone was seated our PSA called me thru pa system and told the rest of us to join my son in front of the coach. That was my great experience of excellent service. Thank you for the whole staff and Tina our PSA for being such great people. Also the buses that takes you around the parks is handicap friendly. I thought I just share this so people that are handicap can do this tour. Oh, just a reminder when booking make sure 1st, that you get the wider front seat of the coach for handicap it's got more room to get in and out of the wheel chair. To make long story short it was fun and entertaining. All the shows was funny and Tina was wonderfully enthusiastic. Thanks again to all the staffs of the South Pacific Railway. My son, his girlfriend and our grand children had a great time..
