Excellent day hike into the Grand Canyon guided by knowledgeable and friendly guide. She picked up the family at the hotel and made sure all our needs were covered during the hike. Appreciated the focus on safety and the attention to make sure both adults and teenagers were motivated and engaged. Especially appreciated her concern and immediate attention when our daughter suddenly felt sick (but quickly recovered). A hike to remember for a lifetime. Would definitely recommend.

From the moment we booked this hike we got a call from Jon explaining all the details and checking in with us a few days before. He’s been doing these hikes for about 30 years. We were further delighted by our chosen guide, Kevin, who was very considerate of time and energy levels and full of interesting history stories and geography of the Canyon. The South Kaibab trail was a half day hike - 6hours - which was plenty for us - spectacular views - those seeking to see the Colorado River need to be very seasoned hikers because as Kevin said, “If you have to ask how far down is it to the river you are NOT prepared!” Thank you for a wonderful experience!!
