Second trip with John who is the owner of the company. He was a wealth of information about Grand Canyon and proper hiking techniques ( especially with poles) that made our climb down and up more comfortable. Plenty of snacks with hiking packs. Amazing healthy lunch and great pictures. Even better- he was totally prepared: - while others were struggling/ sliding on ice at the top , John provided Crampon spikes to make the trip safer and more enjoyable -Cut the skin on my shin on a cactus Professional wound management avoiding an issues No other guide matches John’s experience and first class care. Highly recommend Thanks!

We started our hike amidst a snowstorm and zero visibility of the canyon. Jon’s optimism of a glorious view once we descended below the weather kept us going and we were ultimately rewarded with a beautiful, dramatic view of the canyon with a rainbow. Jon kept us safe, well equipped and nourished. My 12 y.o. son enjoyed it so much that he asked to do it again next year. Thank you Jon!

Our guide Christy was amazing; kind patient knowledgeable. Made us a wonderful fresh lunch. Knew so much about the canyon history it was an unforgettable experience.
