Booked a table for 18:45 this evening and were immediately seated and given menus. A waitress said she'd be with us in a minute. 10 minutes passed and a waiter took our drink orders, of two Coke Zeros. Another waitress said she'd be with us in a minute and apologised for the delay saying she had four tables to wait on. 10 minutes passed and two sparkling waters arrived, which we had not ordered, no Coke Zeros in sight. At this point I realised this was going nowhere so we decided to leave. My son was disappointed but I explained that if a restaurant is struggling to take your order, they usually will struggle even more to get that food to you in a timely fashion.

I frankly dont know what to say. I am befuddled.. i am very upset. We came in here for lunch. We sat down at 12:05 by 12:49 we had no water or drinks which were ordered. Additionally we were prepared to order right away in the interest of saving time. On hour later still no drinks and our children's kids burgers just arrived by 1:15. I cannot believe it!!! Even the music couldn’t serve as a distraction… lol i refuse to let this ruin my day. I will NEVER come i to this establishment nor will i EVER send anyone here!

So our visit started by the host asking people waiting for a table to get up then wanted to have us sit there. Yet there were tons of empty tables. I apologized to the other guests and asked to be seated elsewhere. It took 30 minutes for a waiter to take our order. Food was ok. Compared to many other Hard Rock cafes that we have visited (like New York, Orlando and San Francisco ) this was poor. They did not have much on the walls either.
