Quite a queue to get it, yet the restaurant was not that busy. Service in the rock shop was non existent. Stood waiting for ages, cashier finally came over after being requested to by a manager. Never said hello, apologised or was welcoming. When giving me my total she never said please. Then said your welcome after giving me my receipt and goods in a sarcastic was because I never said thank you. Well you show me manners seeing as though you left me waiting and I’m the one choosing to spend my money and then maybe you will get some manners in return.

I've eaten in other Hard Rock Cafes before, and figured this would be a good place to stop for dinner as I was staying at a hotel in the city. I had my go-to dish of the macaroni & cheese with chicken, and it was good. The music from the videos being played was very loud, which is to be expected, however my server was soft spoken and hard to hear. I had to ask him to repeat things many times. Overall, it was a good meal and I'm happy with my decision to dine here.

Here I am at another Hard Rock. Had been here years ago but was in town again and needed a late night dinner and this was close to the hotel. The menu was the standard Hard Rock menu with no local dishes on it, so I went with one of my favourites, the Twisted Mac. My server Sheila was very good and friendly. They actually were playing great music that day and I had fun watching other visitors enjoying it. Had a good visit and would come back again.
