I would definitely recommend this! The kayaking was super relaxing and not strenuous. It started raining pretty hard which made it kind of hard to see, but we know that you all can’t control the weather :) It was still pretty cool to kayak in the rain! The hike was muddy and a little slippery, but that added to the fun and adventure! The rope swing was AWESOME, and the lunch at the waterfall was so relaxing! Kaekoa (spelling?) was great. He was so kind and knowledgeable, and he answered our questions about the local flora and fauna. We loved him! Brad was the other guide, and he was okay. He was definitely energetic and was good with conversation, but there were a few issues. He drove our van from Poipu to the kayak site, and on the way there, he was trying to run over chickens with his car. This made us pretty uncomfortable. On the kayak tour, he pushed my kayak (that I was sharing with my 13 year old sister) into the bushes and then paddled away. We are not expert kayakers, so we really struggled to get out of the bushes. It wouldn’t have been a big deal if he came back to help us, but he just left us. By the time we finally got out, we were way behind the rest of the group and we were separated from our parents. He might have been trying to be funny, but we weren’t amused. Other than that, we had a fun time!
