Approximately one guide for every 8 - 12 passengers
Items to bring: Swimwear, footwear with an aggressive tread pattern and that can get wet (i.e. Teva-type sandals or aqua socks), towel, sunscreen, insect repellant, waterproof camera
Minors must be accompanied on tour by a parent or guardian.

Our experience with Outfitters Kauai was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, everything was well-organized, fun, and filled with breathtaking scenery. We kayaked along a beautiful river, swam in a refreshing waterfall, and soared through the treetops on an exhilarating zip line. Lunch was provided and was a perfect way to recharge in the middle of the adventure. A huge shoutout to our guides, Halen and Loni—they were both knowledgeable, fun, and made the entire experience even better with their enthusiasm and local insights. If you’re looking for an unforgettable way to explore Kauai, this is it! Highly recommend!

First, let me start by saying the tour was great, our guide was knowledgeable, friendly and energetic. We had a great trip. However, we always follow the link sent by tour provider for the directions. When we did that, it took us to another location for the tour provider. When we arrived there, we met 3 of the the unfriendlinest people we met on our trip across 3 Hawaiian islands. When I told them we followed directions sent in the link by them, they questioned me and even looked at my phone to confirm it. When they realized their error, they said I should have typed in the address separately. I shared that they really need to update the link so they don’t have guests driving 30 minutes more to the tour, they remained stoaic and one of them said they would look into it. Unfortunately, despite the our tour guide and great tour, this company left a lasting negative memory for their lack of empathy, poor administration, and extremely poor customer service.
