The Historic Old Louisville Walking Tour is a guided tour of the largest contiguous collection of Victorian Mansions in the United States! Designed by a prominent local architect and historian, this tour focuses on the history and architecture of this nationally recognized historic preservation district. The tour begins and ends in Central Park's comfortable, temperature-controlled, Frederick Law Olmsted-designed Visitors Center.
Every ticket purchase supports the nonprofit Old Louisville Neighborhood Council, which protects this historic district of Victorian mansions and its streetscapes. Thank you for supporting Historic Preservation! Persons under 17 are free when accompanied by family.

"We had a wonderful experience on the historical mansion tour. Our guide was both pleasant and knowledgeable, clearly passionate about history. She added so many extra details that brought the story of the mansion to life. Despite her young age, she played the part exceptionally well, immersing us in the past.

Just an amazing area of vintage homes. Loved Floral Place ..just magical. So glad these amazing homes are being preserved. Such a great part of our heritage!

Molly, our guide, was very knowledgeable about the history and architecture of the houses. Our group was small, four of us, so the tour was intimate. It was a beautiful day and the walk was easy. Parking was available on the streets next to Central Park. Molly told us of other places to visit in Louisville and we look forward to a return trip.
