It was supposed to be approximately one hour of dog sledding, it was only 25 minutes sledding. I complained to the operator that it was deceptive advertising. They offered a wagon ride to make up, but we were not interested in wagon ride because we did the wagon ride somewhere. I want a partial refund. I feel cheated by what you advertised. $398 for 25 minutes ride is wrong!

Started off with Libby securing our reservation (great to talk with and made sure understood the cost- to the penny- and what was included). Upon arriving, Libby and Terry greeted us with genuine smiles, served a couple cookies led us to a 1/2 hour horseback ride experience (included) with Emily who gave us a great overview of the property and allowed us to feed the horses some treats when done. The highlight, and main reason visiting, was to experience the dog sledding where our 2 guides, Justin & Shawn, were incredible! Gave us all (3 couples) great education about the dogs with a 30+ minute ride around the grounds. Wrapped up with a couple of cocktails served by Madison & Dustin who were equally great and accommodating, providing stories about the ranch. Can't say enough about the people and visit- highly recommend!

This was an incredible experience for my family and I! Having been dog sledding many time, this was one of our fav! BEAUTIFUL, HEALTHY dogs, friendly staff and adorable pups made my children and I SO happy!! It was a beautiful afternoon!
