Be sure you have the correct booking. Viator and getyourguide are not the same. I double booked same day/time and GUG would not even discuss trying to get a refund though it was clearly a mistake on my part thinking these two were connected. Viator booking at the Ranch was great. It was truly a great tour I've scratched off my bucket list but will come back and do it again oneday. Staff at heart 6 was friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommend this tour. My niece and I had a blast. ❤️

This was an amazing experience. The dogs are so friendly and our mushers Luke and Chris were great. 100% recommend this activity. The view is breathtaking.

The guides (Emma, Gabe, and Noah) were awesome, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable!! We went out on a beautiful morning and could not give these three any higher praise! Absolutely fantastic experience.
