We arrived in Jerome Around 3:00pm and found we definitely did not give ourselves enough time to enjoy shopping in all the neat stores downtown! They close at 5:00pm which was much sooner than we had hoped. We forgot how small this town is and unlike the big towns and cities, they do close earlier than most are used to so please plan accordingly if you want to shop!
Trying to decide what to do after dinner we decided to look into going on a ghost tour since we hadn’t ever been on one before. As fate would have it we walked right by the ghost tour building and found ourselves signing up right then and there and don’t regret it one bit!
This tour was definitely the highlight of our vacation to Sedona and Jerome and I would recommend it to anyone who loves history, ghost hunting, or just trying something new!
Seeing someone on a TV ghost hunt show is way different than doing it yourself. The ability to be able to use a spirit box that they provided for our tour was so awesome! This was my first time and I can’t imagine doing a ghost tour without one!
We definitely communicated with ghosts and it was not scary at all for us! We had a good experience and just really tried to give a lot of respect to those we tried to communicate with. A little boy came through to us as well as an older lady in the old cemetery.
We spoke with a Girl spirit in the balcony of the old high school as well!
Brett was an AMAZING tour guide! He definitely has a talent for bringing the history and tragic tales of Jerome alive!
I will definitely be coming back and will be bringing more friends and family!
I truly loved it and highly recommend this tour! For us it was definitely unexpected awesomeness!
I hope it will be awesome for you too!
So....
Do you believe in ghosts?
