The shared arrival transfer from the airport to the hotel worked out very well. We only had a wait of approximately 15 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. I would use this service again.

Waited for over an hour for the van to arrive. Inquired about this several times and was assured he was only 5 minutes away, that he was at the other the terminal. Once he did arrive and we were told to go out to the van, he was no where to be seen. We had to wait another 5 minutes for him to get to the van. Then, he proceeded to talk to all his other van buddies while loading our suitcases. No explanation that we were going to the other terminals to wait for other passengers. We loaded 5 more people onboard. Once we left the terminal, he got on the phone with a friend and circled back around to the exact same spot we just left to allow 2 more people to get on to an already crowded van. Then he got on the phone with his friends and talked the entire ride to NYC. Super rude driver, long wait and not worth the money.

The trip from the airport was easy and quick dropped off outside the hotel your suitcases pulled out the back the driver was very nice it takes the hassle out of waiting for a cab and you still get to see parts of nyc you may miss would defo book again
