Next, we'll cross Juneau's sole bridge to Douglas Island. Pause at Homestead Park for a scenic vista over the Gastineau Channel. Take in the waterfront platform, perfect for capturing the Capital city at the base of Mt Juneau with your cruise ship in the foreground.

Also known as Brotherhood Bridge Park, this stop provides you with a viewpoint of the Mendenhall Glacier in the distance (weather permitting). Set at on the banks of the Mendenhall River, you will be impressed with the beauty of Mendenhall Valley.

Driver Randy went out of way to show us many sights with lots of good local info, great value! Got great pic of glacier from bus!

The tour guide was Sally, a 74 year old woman. She was totally unprepared as her microphone was dead. We could not hear her.She was not very knowledgeable about Juneau. This was a total waist of my money.

Thank you for sending in a review for us. We strive for a quality tour and Sally has proven that she couldn't deliver and had a lot of trouble following directions and respecting boundaries. Our driver and tour guide Sally was completely unprofessional and overly friendly to the point of being just plain odd. While she did point out some sights of Juneau, she knew little about them. I do however now know she’s divorced, looking for a man, has a condo and car free from her employer, got her job via the internet, is a resident of Ecuador, would like to be left money and doesn’t stop at all stop signs. I was shown what she described an ugly apartment building and a hoarder house. She mentioned discussed former president Trump as well and asked who of us were voting for him in the upcoming election. At the end of the tour it was a requirement to hug her. That was just odd. I met you 90 minutes ago.Furthermore, the viator ad mentions fees for parks. There were no fees for any of these parks. This was in no way worth $100.00+.

Thank you for sending in a review. We appreciate knowing about your situation and the actions of our former driver. We strive for a quality tour and Sally has proven that she couldn't deliver. She also had trouble following directions and respecting boundaries. We have decided to move on from Sally. We have completely refunded the cost of your tour. Please be assured that she was not following our directions and guidance while conducting tours. The park fees are paid on a per passenger basis as a commercial fee to the city of Juneau. There isn't the typical booth entry into the park, with someone collecting the fees. We account for each passenger monthly and pay all fees to Juneau Parks and Rec. Again, we apologize for the actions of our former driver.
