This was a ride experience from hell. I text the driver from the time we landed to picking up luggage and getting to our meeting point. We waited 50 minutes to be picked up. Driver said he had to go to bathroom so was late. When he finally picked us up he tried to blame us because our flight was delayed. He was clearly upset and drove very aggressively and unsafe. Will never use your service again!

I am truly horrified and deeply sorry to hear about this nightmare ride you had. What you went through is completely unacceptable. There's no excuse for making you wait 50 minutes, and it was wrong of the driver to try and shift the blame onto you when it was his tardiness that caused the delay. His aggressive and unsafe driving is a serious concern that puts our customers at risk. We take this very seriously and will be looking into this driver's actions immediately. Yujun was so nice and efficient! 5⭐️ Had to take away a star because Viator reservations told us we would be met with our driver holding a sign.
