They didn't meet us at the airport, we called and were told to stay there. 15 minutes, no driver. Called back, no answer. Text, no response, 15 minutes later called them again. We were told the driver couldn't find us and left. Can we get another one, no. Can we get a refund, no. It cost us over sixty dollars in taxis and over ninety dollars for the service we never received. It was our anniversary and the first time we had a vacation in eleven years. Not even an apology.
