The park wasn’t as big as expected. Not many rides/activities. The Lego builds were amazing. Staff not friendly. My son loved speaking to the master builders and they were very knowledgeable and friendly. Our room was okay, but very dusty. It rained and the park closed early. The food was typical fast food. I bought a birthday package thinking they decorate the room with it like other parks, but it was just handed to us and less exciting. Most drink refill stations did not have half of the flavors. They seemed very understaffed and the staff frustrations showed. Everything was very slow. When it rained we were trapped in our room bc the lobby was small and too packed. They only sell a few legos that you can’t find anywhere else. Half of the food areas had been closed inside the park. It was cool to see some builds from the show around the park. For the few rides they did have there really wasn’t much of a wait to get on them so that was nice. 2 of the 4 fire pits were broken. If we go again we’d probably stay at a different hotel.

All of the employees were very nice, helpful and off they couldn't answer a question they found someone who did. The park was clean, the exhibits were great. I just wish the rides were a little longer

Love the place—beautiful and clean, but have some constructive criticism: 1) Every ride was MUCH too short (especially when long wait times); 2) The 20 minute reservations for Water playground was confusing and unrealistic; 3) We were allowed to book two consecutive 20-minute slots but the time in-between made no sense. Kids were cold waiting up top to go back in for our second shot. 4) A LOT of walking and the Sky Rider was down.
