Welcoming guests to Kauai since 2007, Luau Kalamaku is Hawaii's only luau show performed “in-the-round,” offering optimal views of the stage. Witness the unearthing of the pig from the traditional imu (underground oven) and enjoy a hula lesson. A craft fair featuring unique items by local artisans awaits on the sprawling lawn. Feast on a delicious buffet of local and familiar favorites and enjoy a Mai Tai from the open bar. The main show tells the amazing story of the ancient Hawaiian legend of Kalamaku “child of the new land." Through laughter, fear, seduction and fire, a new legacy is created, born from the cherished seeds of their ancestors. The theatrical luau show culminates with a fantastic fire dream featuring fire poi balls and traditional fire knife dancing.

My family and I wanted a traditional luau experience and we had a great time. The group was so organized that we never waited in long lines for food or drink. Service was great and people were very friendly. Great performance by talented people. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience, train ride was fun little treat, the band was so good and the show on the island history was awesome.. fire show was epic 🔥 and the staff was so attentive and pleasant. Will always recommend ti others and would love to come again.

We had a great time from the greeting to walking us to our table. All the families we sat with were wonderful. We loved learning about the history and love story. There was a lot of food and drinks. Would def go back!
