This is such an excellent service that is completely misrepresented by its employees. We arrived at JFK Airport in New York after an exhausting 18 hour flight to be met with an arrogant help desk attendant, a lady called Indra M. I was careful to take her name down after I watched her treat the customers with such rudeness. She kept on mentioning that people just don't make her job any easier. The driver that took us to our hotel was of Haitian decent and he had an argument with his despatch controller and the entire trip to the hotel we had to put up with his complaints about his dispatcher and how he gets paid much lower than him yet he works harder.....really??? After an exhausting trip all the weary travelers had to hear all this?? I opted for a cab to return to JFK Airport 5 days later and really enjoyed it. It was at a fixed rate for my family of four. In fact now that I think of it, when I'm next in New York, that will be my preference for transfers.
This driver arrived ahead of schedule which was really good. Again, I had to lift my own luggage into the back of the vehicle!!!!
When we called at the airport they came to pick us up in 15 minutes which was oke. Everything was oke.
