We went on 9-hour cruise through Prince William Sound, and found a pod of ORCA whales, a humpback whale, sea lions, and the most magnificent scenery we've EVER SEEN! Every minute was spectacular, from stopping to watching fishing boats in Valdez harbor haul in their nets, following the ORCA pod through an inlet for 40 minutes, and ultimately viewing the MEARES GLACIER, 250 feet high, witnessing glacier "calving" with my wife and three sons! A day of a lifetime, with a hot "plated" meal at noon, followed late afternoon by homemade "piping hot" clam chowder 90 minutes prior to the return! Scenery breathtaking, on every turn, and weather was "chilly" and perfect! A close family friend, who's lived in Fairbanks recommended and we do as well!!!! An ABSOLUTE MUST for every person wanting to experience the "BEST" our planet has to offer, and see another spectacular side of the truly amazing "last frontier," which is Alaska!!!!!
