The staff were friendly. We accidentally got into the wrong bus and had to make a quick switch. The bus was clean and cool on the inside. Driver David was nice and informative. The Everglades boat ride was fun. We were able to see wildlife and a few alligators. Wear shoes for walking/standing. The alligator show was okay. There is a souvenir shop with drinks and snacks to buy. Glad we went.

Big bus started late by 30 mins and also reached back late by 1+ hour. But overall journey to and fro was comfortable. Driver was polite. The best part was the airboat ride and the alligator show which was made amazing by the wonderful airboat captain and the alligator show host. We spotted some gators and many varieties of birds. Overall a good experience and value for money as booking from Viator was around $10 cheaper than booking direct from Big bus.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Sent my confirmation email qr code to a made up email which they admitted to. Denied me service at the door despite showing confirmation number, reference number, booking number and proof of purchase for 3 adult tickets. Bus left without my party. They have been disgusting and a nightmare to deal with. Save yourself the time, pain, and money. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.
