The actual balloon ride was great! Beautiful views and an amazing experience. There was an issue with my pick up (they picked up the wrong person from my hotel) that was eventually resolved after multiple phone calls, but this caused me to be late and miss the safety speech and seeing the balloon inflated from the beginning. I literally got there in time to get in the balloon. If you offer pick up and have people pay extra for it you should get it right. They admitted they didn’t verify the name of the passenger before taking her, so I hope they start doing that in the future. The balloon is a tight squeeze and not as easy to get into as they make it seem but it’s worth it when you get up there.

I had the best time!! Alex and Jonathan was so awesome!! ♥️♥️ Hot air ballon ride on this gorgeous Arizona Morning! We watched the sun rise for the day in the best way imaginable! After we landed we had breakfast and mimosas with the pilot and other riders! ♥️ last full day in Arizona! We all toasted and our pilot said the balloonist prayer before we ate♥️🌻 “May the winds welcome you with softness. May the sun bless you with its warm hands. And sets you gently back into the loving arms of Mother Earth”

Hi there! Aren't the views over the Sonoran desert just breathtaking? Of course, having a champagne toast to welcome you back to the ground doesn't hurt either. We're so glad you had a wonderful flight with our Captain Jonathan and his crew chief Alex. They've both has loads of knowledge and experience about the area and ballooning to share. Amazing! Our pilot was super friendly and funny and most importantly, one heck of a pilot. He really knows his stuff. The rest of the crew was so polite and also very informative. I would highly recommend this experience and crew to anyone looking for an incredible experience in Phoenix.
