As many people, this was on our bucket list for years. We've tried to do it at other different venues, but it just never worked out. We've heard that the early morning time frame is more conducive for hot air balloons, and this worked out very well for us. The administrative side of it and customer service were exemplary. We had to choose a different date than we first signed up for, and they were very helpful over the phone to assist with our online ordering. On the day of arrival, we were greeted insisted both with parking and signing in. The logistics were well laid-out and everything went very smoothly from the get-go. We arrived via shuttle van shortly after to the balloon site. "Captain Bill" was our balloon Pilot. He had been doing this for decades, he was very experienced, quite humorous, & very knowledgeable about the area having lived here most of his life. He was actually passionate about the geography, scenery, and wildlife. We have always wanted to do the balloon ride, and of course that was the central focus of our choice of venue for this adventure. What was unknown to us, and solidified our high recommendation for this company, was Captain Bill. He was authentic, engaging, and very customer-oriented. While you may not be able to request him for your balloon ride, I am quite sure the other Pilots of this very experienced hot air balloon company will provide a similar experience. As a final, "frosting on the cake", they provide a "picnic in the desert". It sounds a bit cheesy, but they pulled it off with aplomb, and the champagne and catered food was actually quite delicious. Very nice touch to end the trip. I would recommend this then you Wiley oh, and we will be back to enjoy it again.

I bought this for my husband as a Birthday gift. Honestly, from start to finish the guys that took care of our group were so friendly and enjoyable! There was the driver Chris, Don G. took us up in the air and Marcus made 100% sure that we took off and landed safely. We had mimosas and an adorable breakfast in the desert. Also, since it was my husband's birthday they gave us a chocolate cake on the house! Such a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this company and this team! Loved it and thank you!

Had a wonderful time. I believe we had the best flight crew and pilot. Chris was very knowledgeable about everything. Our Pilot Mike was full of information and comedy. Scott didn’t say much but he and Chris worked there butts off. There work is unthanked and unseen. So Thank you!
