Seeing Mount Rushmore, the Black Hills, the drive through tight tunnels, the views, Crazy Horse, the dinner and show were all excellent and amazing. Particularly, the young woman who played violin in the show after dinner. She was great. The only thing that was somewhat negative was our driver. His constant, bad, corny jokes, the way he laughed at his own comments and jokes, and his constant chatter, was annoying. I don't know where he got the idea that he had to talk constantly. More importantly, he was consistently sexist. Every time we approached a gift store, he would say something like "Men, guard your wallets, you know how women love these gift shops". I don't think he understands that half of his passengers are women who earn their own living, are well educated and don't share his views of women that come out of the 1950's. I am a man, but my wife is as highly educated as me, makes the money I make and is, in no way, the type of woman he stereotypes. On the good side of this driver, when I asked him questions individually, separate from the group, he answered in a serious and informative way. If he cut down the constant chatter, stopped laughing at his own comments and corny jokes and acted like a man in 2023, not 1953, he would be a great asset to your company.
