I would not recommend the big bus to hop on and off throughout the day. It is too crowded and they oversell tickets. There was a huge line at 9:30am when we got to the m&m stop. We had to wait an hour for a bus. At the end of the day we had to wait an hour and a half to get a bus back to Times Square from the battery park location. Buses kept coming but no one was getting off so it took forever to get on. The ticket agent said that they were calling for an empty bus for us but that never happened.

Hello, We are very disappointed to hear about your experience and are sorry if you experienced longer wait times the day of your visit. We understand our Battery Park stop is popular and can have an increased amount of passengers at the end of the day, so we do send empty buses to that stop before our closing time. We are very sorry if this was not the case the day of our visit and if you were unable to get on the bus back to Times Square.
