It is all good and well if your booking goes to plan, but I do ask you read the poor reviews, as they have one thing in common - MONEY.
In our case, the booking details indicated our hotel was included in the departure point transfers. However when we rang NSSA (the day prior) to confirm pick up, we were told the transfers were full and we were to book an Uber - at a cost of USD $160 return!
Upon return to Australia, I have been attempting to get a refund via Viator (and much to their credit trying to assist us with this process), the respond was "supplier advised that you were no shows- unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund".
Through no fault of ours - we missed out on the tour and we lost AUD $281.00.
NSSA I hope our money was well spent, and the guilt doesn't weigh you down.
