Strollers are not allowed in movie theater, on Navy shuttle boat to the USS Arizona Memorial, or on the USS Arizona Memorial.

Guests should wear comfortable walking shoes
Guests may want to bring light jacket in case there is rain at the Pearl Harbor
Routes and time may be modified or restricted due to circumstances beyond the control of tour company

I was a little sceptical that this tour would offer much more than just transport. But it was ideal. The driver was a slightly quirky and friendly guide who was quite informative and very clear with his instructions for Pearl Harbor. When dropped at Pearl Harbor you are given time to look through the museum, then given a ticket to watch the movie and visit the Arizona memorial. You then have over an hour to look around on your own. Unless you were wanting to visit all the other memorials, sites, etc it was perfect timing for me and my family (with teenagers). The trip back went via downtown Honolulu and provided some insight into the city, but it was just an extra for us. I found the info on how to get tickets/transport for Pearl Harbor quite confusing before we went to Hawaii, so this tour was easy and idea for us!

The city tour was a complete wast of our time. It was a very long ride with a very long winded driver and zero stops. Just a drive by if the punch bowl and downtown with no opportunities to take pictures. Pearl wasgreat. But then the driver sat in the parking lot for 15 minutes playing trivial pursuit instead of getting us back. We could have saved a ton of money by taking a taxi or an Uber to Pearl and then spent the wasted time seeing some other things that we missed. Save your money on this one and go to Pearl on your own

Not a good value for the money at all. Bus picks you up, drops you off and gets your free admission ticket and leaves you (while they do another tour) for over three hours. I wish we took an Uber and did on our own. Our family of 4 could have saved $100 and 1.5 hours of time. Very disappointed with the value
