After calling the driver on arrival, he picked us up within 10 minutes. Absolutely fine with this as it obviously cuts cost by not having to pay car park charges,.

Logistics did not work well. For example the contact number was for the New York office who had to give us a different number then we had to wait another 10-15 minutes for the car to arrive. I suggest this service is changed to either be there with a name card as you leave arrivals or just go and grab a local taxi. Not good value for money - and thinking iot was pre-paid we also had to pay the driver for "the airport tax".
The whole experience was disappointing
This was a little tricky the day we arrived. Our flight had been delayed so we were late arriving and one of the main freeways into the city had been closed for the weekend and it was 3 July so the day before all the 4th July stuff and San Fran was packed. We had a delay getting our driver and it felt like a real drag after the flight ands everything but we were 4 aduts and a lot of luggage so we had booked rather then risk a cab (there were plenty of cabs but not necessarily big enough we possibly would have needed two). Once our driver arrived he was lovely, the vehicle was hge and took all the luggage easily. He was knowledgeable about the city and gave us great tips of what to see etc. Overall this was very worth the money we paid.
