Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 small carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

A few problems at the start answering questions on the phone which had already been gone over but once we contacted our driver and he arrived totally efficient and professional service.

This company is spot on. Only issue for some people may be is that you have to phone the company when your flight arrives at the airport (they are not there waiting for you). However, this was no issue to us and the car arrived within 10 minutes. Driver polite and car clean and tidy. Smooth transfer to Hotel.

Unfortunately although the flight arrived on time there was a considerable hold up at
immigration. Probably because there were several flights from abroad arriving at the same time.
Which meant I had to wait an hour before I could pick-up my suitcases.
Perhaps you should have some contact with airport authorities when you have international arrivals.
Also we were not permitted to use our mobiles till after passing customs!!
Your driver was polite, the car was clean and after that hassle, he got me to the city quickly.
Much better than taking a normal taxi.
