You will depart Rapid City at 8:30 am and travel to Mount Rushmore. You will spend time hiking around the monument. Next, you will travel to Crazy Horse Memorial, learning the importance and history of Crazy Horse. Finally, you will get an opportunity to explore beautiful Custer State Park. You will be able to see wildlife at an incredibly close proximity and enjoy the local flora. In each of these locations, you will gain unique and rare insight into the history of the Black Hills. Lunch will be enjoyed at an exquisite local restaurant of your choosing.

There is a two-person minimum to book this tour.

We will depart Rapid City at 8:30am and travel to Mount Rushmore. Once there, we will spend some time hiking around the monument. You will receive unique information and history about the monument, and have an opportunity to experience local wildlife and flora.

We actually did 3 tours. Black hills monument, badlands and the Michelson bike tour. All three tours we had the same guide, Mickey and she was awesome. Easy to visit with, energetic, and super knowledgeable. All three tours they pick you up at your place in the morning and drop you off in the afternoon. There are a lot of things too see and most are about a 90 minute drive. The tour knows right where to go! All fees are covered letting you get in to places quicker. Our guide also knows all the hidden gems, trails, and awesome scenery roads. Obviously it costs money but we saw all the sights and did not have to worry about driving or parking. We would use them again if we return to rapid city. They also provide snacks, water and lunch so all you need is a camera.

Carrie, Julie, and Glen were fantastic! The tours were great and we felt like we were with family! Carrie really had each day filled with wonderful adventures in the Black Hills, and our guide, Glen, was knowledgeable and friendly. This was a Xmas present for my Dad, and this tour group made it special. Thank you!!
