I was torn between a 2 and 4 star rating, so opted for the 3. Initial booking online was good. Trying to make ourselves a heard and b understood when contacting the taxi firm, Carmel, from a very busy, extremely noisy, Ground Transportation at Newark Airport, was, however, very problematic. Once we got through the initial frustration, the taxi arrived about 10 minutes later. Despite heavy traffic, and the fact that the driver spoke very limited English, needing written details of our our destination address, he got us there safely. If you have a hearing problem, this probably isn't for you.
The driver, while pleasant, got initially lost and took longer than necessary to get to Kennedy airport.
Worked out great. No hassle. Everything as expected. Couldn't get better
