Ongoing everything was fine, though for an International traveler having to contact by phone the agency upon arrival of the luggage reveals itself to be a little constricting.
Upon our return from Rio de Janeiro, we were advised upon our phone to get the chauffeur to pick us up to change terminal by the agency employee who insists in saying that this was the terminal where Tam flights were supposed to arrive. But it was not our case, and after consultation with people from another agency we refused to change terminal, and I had to talk to three different persons for the agency to finally agree to pick us at the right terminal. If we reserved a transit service, it was certainly not to change terminal, but the first employee was categoric to the effect that the flight from TAM Airlines was supposed to arrive at terminal 7 (if I remember well) which was not the case. Everything was finally ok, but I had to be very affirmative to have the proper service.
Had to pay $34 for toll and the rest of $50 gratuity no choice.
Fast service from JFK to LGA for connecting flights.
