The driver didn't understand or speak English very well, which is a detriment. He also made a wrong turn when we got close to the Newark airport, and backed up to go right - fortunately there was no one behind us. I was a little worried that we wouldn't make our flight in time. We got there around 8:15 or so for a 9:00 p.m. flight, and we had to check in, and get a Sky Cap to take my husband in a wheelchair to the gate. So, I was getting a little upset. Svc. at the U.S.Air desk was atrocious....couldn't get a Sky Cap and I started to take him down the elevator myself. Finally, another employee not a Sky Cap helped me until he found a Sky Cap. That whole experience didn't go very well.
The transfer between Newark airport and Lagu aria Airport went quite smoothly. However, communication with the driver was difficult because he could barely speak English!
We only booked a transfer from JFK to La Guardia, so not a full tour experience, but the driver loses points for picking up the wrong people and leaving us waiting, thinking we were going to be late! He did eventually get us there on time, but it wasn't the smooth, worry-free experience I'd hoped for on a long day of travelling.
