Linda was EXCELLENT. On the drive to kaanapali she gave us all kinds of information about where to go for good meals and entertainment. She even took us through Lliahina town and pointed out places we should visit.

The shuttle service was bit pricey and hard to find. They claimed they would have someone with a sign board to greet us upon arrival, and no one ever showed up. We had to look all over to find their parking location, and then we had to wait an hour to go to our hotel. We were satisfied with the rides we got (to and from the airport) but next time we will select some other mode of transport.
