We were told that we would be greeted upon arrival at or near Alaska Airlines baggage claim by someone holding a sign with our name. No one ever showed up even after all of the bags had been claimed. We asked around at the other transportation counters and no one had heard of Viator transportation, but someone suggested that we go to the transportation center (which was unmarked). We found VIP transportation, but still didn't get a ride to our hotel until well over an hour after we had landed. The return journey to the airport was by far much better (on time and very nicely appointed) but we were unhappy with the initial trip from the airport.

Drivers were very friendly and nice but we had to wait 1.5 hr at the airport to be picked up and taken to our hotel. After long international flight we were tired and not happy with the wait. When booking the transfer, we were not informed that there maybe a long wait.
