I am unable to review this experience as it was canceled by the vendor the day of. It was stated it was unsafe to set up and I understand that. I don't blame them I just honestly can't review the experience.

It’s always unfortunate to receive a review like this. We did cancel our tours due to rain, snow and completely overcast skies. For a customer to say that they can’t review the experience and then provide a 1 star review is very unfortunate. Of course TripAdvisor allows this type of inappropriate review. We valued legitimate feedback on our tours so that we can improve our experience. We value our customers.

Tour was canceled due to cloudy weather however it was several hours before the scheduled time.. understand this is can be hard to anticipate but suggest the company plans accordingly to have time slots/space available for the following day - canceling without an attempt to reschedule is poor form. We were canceled for a Friday night tour and were very disheartened to see that they did not prioritize us in making room for one of the 6 time slots they had available on Saturday.

It’s always unfortunate to receive a review like this. We did cancel our tours due to rain, snow and completely overcast skies. It was a 3 day weather event. We always provide an opportunity to rebook our experience, however, in this case the weather was bad all week. Had this customer called us we would have been happy to explain the situation. The customer did not provide us with the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service upon which we pride ourselves. We always refund payments immediately upon cancellation. We valued legitimate feedback on our tours so that we can improve our experience. We value our customers.

The information and the views were out of this world. Well worth the time and cost. The leader explained the Arizona sky in great detail and all were able to see using the multiple large computerized telescopes
